UPDATE #6: Fifteen days now and still no resolution to my ticket. At this point, I believe I am done with this experience. I was told two days ago that my ticket would be escalated and that someone would respond, but nothing has happened since that point. UPDATE #5: Twelve days since I have had a ticket response now. I guess they have no interest in continuing the conversation post-accusation. UPDATE #4: Ticket time at 10 days now, still no follow-up response. UPDATE #3: Continuing to await further ticket response. You are welcome to submit additional questions, however, we do not want to give you the impression that anything you say or do will reverse or alter the decision to close your account. Please keep in mind that WildStar is a global game with standards of behavior that must be upheld. We are confident in the decision to terminate the account. We are very confident in their accuracy, and the penalty imposed upon your account will stand. As such we are not at liberty to disclose those detection methods. Our cheat detection system is highly complex and confidential.
